This calming green abstract painting is inspired by microscopic leaf patterns. I love the way that this particular piece is also reminiscent of bamboo, highlighting the fact that the same designs in nature can by found at many levels not just the microscopic. As a large scale painting this work becomes a decorative and delicate lace-like abstract.
