Original artwork description
I wanted to capture the moment when winter twilight enters the valley and the last warm light meets the dark forest. Snow-covered mountains, deep red trees, and reflective water unfold in layers, while the orange glow of the sky gradually reaches into the landscape and lingers on the stream. I used deep browns, muted reds, and dark greens to build a sense of depth, then introduced warm oranges and pinks to illuminate the sky and reflections. Loose brushwork, layered color, and strong contrasts of warmth and shadow create a winter landscape that feels both mysterious and quietly radiant.
