Hi,
This is the latest in the twilight series. The scene is a semi abstract work of the view along a Hampshire lane at evening.
I have used a muted and limited palette of deep greens and purples and an expressive and freer brush style. My aim was to create mood and atmosphere and this style of brushwork lends to that. It also creates movement to engage the eye.
