Artwork description:

This linocut was inspired by a staircase with 26 floors. I loved all the angular shapes and depth it had to offer. It gave me a chance to use all my tools to make a variety of lines to create perspective. I mixed an inky blue to make the overall colour. There is a cityscape feel to the work.

Materials used:

Japanese vinyl, paper and professional oil based printmaking ink
