'True Colours' is an original painting on white plexiglass created using a mix of techniques with the sculpted build up of layers of acrylic paint and inks to create texture and depth.

This abstract painting features a striking palette of rainbow colours including metallic and iridescent paints, blue, red, orange, yellow, purple and green.

This unusual painting is a conceptual piece that focuses on curves for a change! With plenty of texture! :-)

Plexiglass is an unusual and a challenging surface to paint on - two of the reasons I choose to work with it! :-) I also love the reflective qualities of the surface and the 3d-like aspect it gives to my work.

This very contemporary abstract art is painted on high quality gloss white plexiglass.

The plexiglass has a back frame, which is not visible, and is ready to hang.
The painting sits approximately 9mm off the wall giving an almost 3D effect. The plexiglass itself is approximately 6mm thick.
The painting is varnished.
The work is signed on the front and the back.
A Certificate of Authenticity is provided.
