Come take a sip of tribal coffee! Created under the influence (of caffeine), this lively painting celebrates positive energy and the happiness that comes along with it. The actual coffee is represented by the golden, copper and midnight hues, while the vibrant magentas and greens portray the excitatory state of mind that caffeine imparts. The psychedelic colors swirl together in an exotic dance, giving this work a tribal vibe.
This work was created using various densities of polymer medium for a fluid effect as well as to build up texture. Metallic colors, iridescent media and fluorescent acrylics cause the painting to glimmer in different light sources.
The painting continues onto the sides and so is ready to hang unframed if desired. A triple layer of gloss varnish protects the painting from sunlight and UV rays.
