Artist's description:

During rainstorms the distinctive 'quacking' sound of tree frogs is all around, as if they are celebrating the downpour! These lovely little frogs are more difficult to see as they blend in so well with green foliage.
I based this print on a four-lined tree frog. This little creature has a pointy nose and the stripes on his back help him to blend in with his surroundings. I was lucky enough one day to encounter a tree frog on my terrace hiding in a potted palm. I printed this linocut in vibrant greens to match the frog. This to me says so much about life in the tropics!
