This is looking through a microscope at the particles gathered by archaeologists working at Ziyaret Tepe, in the "Throne Room". Ziyaret Tepe was an ancient assyrian settlement on the River Tigris, in southeastern Turkey.

From these particles archaeologists could tell what was cooked and eaten, and therefore grown at the settlement.
