Artist's description:

This painting is inspired by the circular forms of the Kuchlbauer Tower in Abensberg, Germany which was designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Although the colors on light-blue-gray ground are partly seen in the building's color scheme, the work consists of a free color-composition.
The character of this small painting reminds me of some European artworks from the 1920s and 30s; it must be due to the paper and quality of the colors.

The paper is acid-free & resistant to aging.
6" x 8" / 15 cm x 21 cm, 250 g/m2 watercolor paper, with postcard lines on the back.
Hung horizontally it has a different but working balance as well - see the 2nd photo.

Materials used:

aquarell / watercolors on 250 g/m paper

Tower Circles - 21 x 15 cm (2012)
