A NEW WAY TO SEE THIS AMAZING CITY
LONDON

London hosted the olympics and paralympics in the summer of 2012

Paralympic symbol Agitos
Agitos - from the Latin word agito, meaning I move - was featured at the Beijing Paralympics.

The three circling arcs represent Spirit in Motion - the Paralympics motto - and the red, blue and green colour scheme give a nod to national flags around the world.

Agitos symbolises the bringing together of Paralympians who inspire through their athleticism and strength of spirit.

The motto was introduced in 2004 at the Paralympic Games in Athens. The previous motto was Mind, Body, Spirit, introduced in 1994.
