This is a painting of Hampstead Heath in London. It is the park where I go all the time to collect my thoughts. I have worked on many paintings of the Heath, some without people and some with people. This view is taken as the woodland leads out to open spaces. The season is late summer and the colours are quite muted.
This painting is painted on a thick edged canvas and is framed in a black box frame ready to hang.
