Artist's description:

Thorrington Tide Mill was powered by the outgoing tidal water. The three-storey, timber-framed building, constructed in white-painted weatherboarding sits at the head of Alresford Creek in Essex and feels firmly connected to the landscape that once provided the power to its giant millstones.
