Before they painted this wall completed blue, there used to be a Graffiti-Artwork by an unknown artist. New mayor of Lima, Castaneda, decided in one of his first acts in his position, to erase all Street Art from the centre of Lima.
Someone put several posters of this "Esto no es arte" on that position instead, however, officials took these posters down as well, with one exception seen on the image.
