The volcanic island of Ometepe in Nicaragua has a mostly agrarian society. Even though they live in the shadow of the volcanoes' uncertainty, they celebrate life, including the relationship between man and animal, whether religious, social, or commercial. This painting is signed on the back and is ready to hang. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

oil paint on 12 oz. cotton duct canvas stretched over a 1.5"x 2" wooden frame, acrylic base primer
