Original artwork description:

This is an idea penned a few years back and only recently finished.
Mini painting 5x7 inches, 12.5 x 17.5 cm.
The inspiration has been there a long time… and now with a bit of prompting, I have started.
It is a folded page (paper is 10x7 inch) thus forms a card. I include an envelope with the painting. So it can be framed art, or a lovely original painting greeting card for an easy, versatile gift.
I like to work with the handmade paper for the added texture it brings to the small crafted piece.
As I present my selection of these minis I do not follow one theme. Rather, I enjoy hopping from one subject to the next and back again. I present them here in my gallery following this random fashion.
