To stand before the force of nature can be quite an awesome experience.
This is my recollection of standing in front of a stormy coast in Ireland. I used expressive marks and gestures to convey energy and power.
The sheets of rain and the wave are reaching out to each other in some kind of sublime, energetic interconnectedness of nature that shows the elemental force.
It is an oil on canvas, 10″ x 10″ x 0.75″ that is ready to hang.
