This oil was made on a linen canvas in 2020 from 2 watercolors made in-situ in October. The artist chose that place to make his preparatory sketches and watercolors because it overlooks the hilltop village of Eze and offers a magnificent view over the rooftops and the Mediterranean 200m below. A particular attention was paid to the contrasts between shadows and light.
This work is sold unframed (but ready to hang). Shipping carefully packed with insurance and tracking number.
