Artwork description:

This monotype print explores the line of the coast of Wales as seen from Watchet which lies just across the Bristol Channel. The print was produced on a open studio residency at Contains Art during the month of September and the colours are inspired by the changing light from the Welsh landscape, the Bristol Channel/ River Severn and the coastline along Watchet. This is a small limited edition of one printed on Wansbrough Miill Paper which used to be made in Watchet until the mill closed. The print is set within a beautiful Italian made frame.

These series of prints explored the colours seen during my time spent there meeting new people and sharing my work with them.
