This is my tribute illustration/portrait dedicated to Ian Fraser "Lemmy" Kilmister, the front man of the legendary Motörhead.
Made with my old Wacom tablet, the base drawing was made in Corel Painter XI using stylus pen and digital inks. A digital ink is an unique feature, very close to real media liquid Indian ink, but the final visual style could be close to old school engraving. It is a time consuming process, where a some sort of patience is required, especially if the image is large, or extremely detailed. See more at: http://hubertfineart.com/blog/
