The Moon ain’t made of Green Cheese: Visualising sound to colour and shape as graophic composition in accordance to a synesthete. This is a graphic composition of a short Billy Cobham composition, which can be found here:
A synesthete interviewed via Prof Sean. A. Day's online platform for reasearch in Synesthesia 'The Synesthesia List' cites that the piano plays like wafers of blue translucent mist…the denser the chord structure / sound the thicker the fog. The trumpet on this track plays like pops of triangles, a warmer sound and therefore the flurries of triangular shapes bloom like a flower spreading it’s petals.
