Original artwork description:

I feel this picture fits in with the theme of “Portraits from the Precipice” as it was made to represent a last moment of loss and sorrow when two people are torn apart from each other.
I think it can be used to represent Mankind’s precarious position in the current Global Warming climate change crisis. We need to work sustainably with the planet to have a future together before it is too late and we have lost touch altogether. We don't want “The Last Touch” that destroys Mankind and Mother Earth to be of our own doing.
This image can also be seen to have the hopeful and positive message that there is still a chance to reconnect and avoid further damage and loss if we are willing to try harder to strive and reach for our goals of Greener Energy usage.
A note to International Buyers:
Shipping rates have increased in price all around the world due to Covid and other complications. Due to this I have had to increase the the cost of shipping my artworks in line with the Delivery Companies. I will always strive to find the cheapest possible option for the customer (usually my local POST OFFICE EMS Recorded Delivery, but unfortunately they don’t deliver worldwide at the moment) If the amount of shipping charged at purchase is less than the shipping company charges then I will refund the difference to the customer. This refund will be done after the picture has arrived safely and has been accepted.
Any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please message me to check if this might affect your purchase.
