Pure watercolor plein air 11 H x 12 W inch.(28x30 cm) 'The Gate'. This piece was made in situ in the Moravian countryside ( Czech Rep.) and depicts the walls of a castle decorate possibly by an art nouveau wrought iron Gate. This work express a clear homage to the world of Illustration, particularly important to me. The painting is on 300 gsm watercolor paper with a white border and deckle edges. Made in situ 2019 on paper watercolor, Saunders Waterford 300 gsm rough.
