Original artwork description:

It is one of my first paintings that i drew directly to the canvas without any preparation. The images immersed from few expressive brushstrokes that i preserved to the end. My attention was concentrated to understand what the story is. Then i saw the cyclope, a creature older than cupid himself, earthy and instictive, grasping a plane that could take him her to it's beloved one. The drawings were made of writing over and over again the phrase "so soon, too soon my love, i will meet you in another time". There are infinite interpretations of that phrase, from time travelers, to memories or sentiments that trigger memories, or future projections. However, i didn't impose the main characters using common painting techniques, i used sabtle means to allow the viewer to find his her own story.

Materials used:

acrylics, oil color, ink
