This is an original oil painting on a 40 x 50 cm canvas. The painting was originally painted in 2010. This was my very first abstract cityscape painting. I took it to Transylvania to a painting camp in July 2016 in order to overpaint it, in order to give her a new life as it was a bit "old" for me, it had been on so many exhibitions in Hungary and Romania and it was scratched on the sides. I put her three times on the easel, I said her goodby I told her that she was my first one and I really loved her but I'll have to destroy her and said her sorry, but in the end I took her off the easel and let her sleep one more day in my room. Next day the same thing happend and the third day also.... On the fourth day I realised I don't want to destroy her, so I finally mixed the same colours again and as I did not have to touch the city part of the painting as it had no problem at all I repainted the rest of the painting and gave her a new life. She is like new now and even though my style changed a lot since 2010 I still find this painting beautiful.
It is painted with brush and the city part is painted with palette knife.
The edges of the canvas are painted so it can be hanged with or without a frame as preferred.
I ship my paintings with FedEx express service which means they arrive in 1-3 days to any destination worldwide.
Thanks for looking!
