The view across the Potomac to the Capitol has always been a favourite of mine from the days when I travelled to Washington DC a lot.
This watercolour tries to capture that early evening time, with lights related on the water.
This original watercolour is 14 inches by 10 and is painted on Arches 300gsm paper.
It will be supplied with a Certificate Of Authenticity and will be shipped free worldwide in a reinforced cardboard tube.
