Artist's description:

The restaurants local to south Manchester need daily deliveries of fresh produce but are not always up and about early in the morning to accept and safely stow away the goods.
The deliveries are sometimes left in back alleys and our baker reports feelers and claws poking out of the cracked ice. Occasionally he has surprised local rodents investigating the tasty supplies!
This drawing immediately sprang to mind.
If you want to know which restaurant to avoid there is an arboreal clue!
