Artist's description:

Built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal, Taj Mahal is the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Ottoman Turkish and Indian architectural styles. The construction began in 1632 and was completed in 1653, employing thousands of artisans and craftsmen.

The painting is executed in the Impressionist style with interesting brushstrokes and vibrant color. The carefully applied multi-layered paints result in nice, luminous effect.

This is a one-of-a-kind original oil painting, a sophisticated and classic addition to any art collection.
