This piece is so much prettier in person. I really feel that these pictures do not do it justice.

This beautiful piece is a multi layered, very dimensional piece. I found this wonderful vintage teddy bear that has the old age stains and created this art piece around it. The Frame is a vintage frame that I hand mixed the paint for the special texture and old vintage white color. I then lightly distressed it for a french romantic/cottage/shabby chic/ farm house decor feel. The background is an original mixed media collage that contains antique gospel hymn book pages from the 1800's, pages from an antique bible, and other vintage materials. It was then painted with mixed media, distressed, and then sealed with varnish for protection from UV light and dust. I then added the faux pearls and beautiful vintage flowers. A very unique and One-of-a-kind piece. I put a dust cover on the back and signed both the back and front. It comes to you ready to hang.

What a wonderful one-of-a-kind gift this would be for a baby shower or child's room decor art piece.



Unfortunately I could not take the pictures without getting the shine of the varnish. Please note that the background is not as shinny as it appears.
