I was inspired to create this little field mouse drawing whilst watching the combine harvesters working furiously near my home. My thoughts turned to the little mice trying to make their home in the crops destined to be cut.
He is nestled at sunset on his corn whilst the flash of yellow and orange signifies the impending danger about to befall him.
Drawn with polychromos artists coloured pencil on Stonehenge cotton paper and framed in a black (with a hint of brown) wooden frame with a matching black mount.
The piece will be delivered by royal mail signed for and tracked service and will come with a certificate of authenticity.
I have had some greeting cards printed with this image, please contact me if you would like to purchase one.
