Original artwork description:

I have painted several images of the Foret de bouconne through the autumn\winter months, inspired by the rich autumnal colours. I felt it would be a refreshing change to take the forest as it is in the later Spring months. It is as though a beautiful awakening is taking place, the colours are almost unreal in their brightness.
The painting has been created using a combination of brush work and palette knives. There is a soft texture to the painting. The canvas board is 50cm wide x 40cm deep. The painting can be mounted and framed or hung directly on to the wall. The painting is mounted but sold unframed. I have, however, included a photograph of the painting framed in order to show the prospective purchaser how it might look.
