This is an alla prima oil painting which is rare for me! It depicts some of my favourite yellow flowers which can be seen during late Summer. This piece is bright and colourful and inspired by another painting I created entitled "Late Summer".
I painted Summer Blooms because I enjoy the colours so much.....
