Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is a wool painting, a beautiful study of a critically endangered Amur Leopard. It has been made entirely out of merino wool using a mixture of wet-felting and needle-felting. It has then been mounted and signed before being professionally framed and glazed. Photographs do not do justice to felted artwork and this is truly a stunning piece. The overall dimensions are 46cm x 49cm.
This piece was inspired by a trip to Twycross Zoo where I was fortunate enough to get a chance to really study the beautiful Amur Leopards.

Materials used:

Merino wool
