Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This handsome Newfoundland dog had a strong and mischievous personality. As you can see, he had no trouble at all posing for me during the shoot, looking straight at the camera with boldness and curiosity. I've done portraits of dogs who were too shy to look at the camera, a situation that requires some creativity to get the shot, believe me. But not this guy, he was a pleasure to shoot and paint. He made my job easy.

Materials used:

graphite pencil and acid free etching paper
