About the Picture :
Football is a game of force.
Stroke comes from force.
Force comes from movements of the players.
In this picture I have tried to capture the force.
This striker in this picture is well known football player named as ‘Shaun Wright-Philips’. He used to play from Chelsea club and was well known for his stroke. Other player is Lee Carley from Everton club and was also well known for his aggressive defense.

About my Wire Sculpture :
I want the viewers to feel the existence of ‘metal wire’ and it’s bending moments, it’s flow, it’s continuity ( without disturbing the anatomy ) and transparency through one figure to another ( since the figures are one behind another )
I want the viewers to feel the emotions of the figure with minimum use of wire.
I want the viewers to feel the aliveness of the figure since it has shadow.

Materials used:

Brass
