Strawberries are classically summery and I couldn't resist pairing them with this tiny silver jug filled with cream. The bright, organic juiciness of the fruit contrasts beautifully with the cold reflections of the silver and when combined with the soft blue background the effect is reminiscent of a traditional British summer.
Materials used:
Oil paint, linseed oil, dammar varnish, MDF, cotton, rabbit skin glue, gesso.
