A new classical composition where the colors are dynamic in a beautiful balance of textures and shading. The painting obeys the golden triangle in a play of depth marked by the strong presence of the pomegranate. The black frame enhances the whole by offering an intimate vision while the grape seems to want to leave the frame.

Finally, it should be noted that this painting was worked on for a long time from a grisaille in thin layers of glaze. The colors are all the more vibrant.
