Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is an original Dip Pen and Indian Ink Drawing with watercolour washes of the CERVIA, a seagoing steam powered tug built in 1946 and now preserved at Ramsgate Harbour, Kent.
I drew this on location in the Royal Harbour and added the colour later in my studio.
It comes set behind a quality cream mount board, wrapped in cellophane, with a certificate of authenticity and it is signed by me, the artist. It will make a lovely gift.
Image Size: 12 3/4" wide x 9 1/2" high (323mm x 240mm)
The price includes FREE post and packing to UK addresses.
For overseas postage, the mount board 'may' have to be removed.
I will pack it myself, securely and flat, between two strong boards.

Materials used:

Professional Quality Watercolour Paints, Heavyweight watercolour Paper, Indian Ink, Cellophane Wrapped, Passion
