Space Craft Gemini Collection is based on my work looking a the colour of starlight, my Space Craft series of works combines data and craft in the form of embroidery.

Each hoop is embroidered by hand on custom-printed velvet which is printed from one of my images of the night sky. Each thread is matched with the colours found in each point of light on the fabric using an AI Algorithm.

This collection of Embroidery hoops includes colours from the constellation Lyra or The Harp.

Details of the pieces:
Each piece is unique and is signed
The pieces are unframed but can be fixed to a wall very easily with a small nail/screw through the hook at the top of the hoops.
Sizes of pieces:
24.5cm/10 inches
18cm/7 inches
13.5cm/5 inches

Shipping details:
Each piece is dispatched in a secure cardboard box with a tracked courier service which also includes insurance.
Shipping within the UK is provided by Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service
Shipping outside of the UK is provided by UPS.

Care instructions:
Please keep out of direct sunlight
Each piece has been secured with archival standard acid-free glue to insure the threads stay in place
Handle with care and avoid handling the piece without gloves on
