Artist's description:

This is a view of south Main, part of Route 66, in my hometown of Miami, Oklahoma, as seen about 1960. This was a wonderful place in which to grow up, and I have many precious memories of this mining town, despite moving away at age eight. Miami has been the inspiration for many of my works of art. There are six different models of Chevrolets in the pic, did you spot them all?

Materials used:

Acid-free paper, archival ink

South Main, Miami, Oklahoma, 1960 (2017)
