After the autumn harvest, family members are shucking corn and placing it in the corn crib. The barn and smoke house are nearby. Chickens are pecking, golden rod is blooming by the fence. Cows graze in the middle ground and pastures trees and hills in the background. Size 16"x20", oil on canvas, created 2011.
