The image was created using a panning technique which involves moving the camera horizontally or vertically while shooting at a slow shutter speed. this will allow for creative results (streaks).
This is the first of a series of images created with this technique.
The image was created in the Shackleford Banks, an island on the Outerbanks of North Carolina.
