Original artwork description:
A wildlife bird painting of a Scottish Blackcock Grouse at a lek or courtship display. Painted in a contemporary modern style in bold colours on a bright yellow orange background. In this painting I have portrayed the bird in typical pose with its tail feathers raised in a fan shape. Although Blackcocks appear to be black from a distance, their feathers have a dark blue tinge to them in certain angles of light, which is why I have painted in the body in a slightly accentuated abstracted dark blue colour which compliments the yellow orange background.
Painted using quality artists acrylics on a square format 24" x 24" (60 x 60cm) canvas on board, with a varnish finish and white handpainted wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
Comes with certificate of authenticity
All deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
