A north view of the ruined romanesque church near St Pe in SW France.
In comparison of my other painting of the same subject (which I described as post impressionist or Fauve) the style here is somewhat more studied, and probably leans more towards impressionism or the Barbizon school of en plein air painters of the late nineteenth century.
