I am taking regular walks at the end of the day partly for health reasons but also to absorb the influences around me as the light fades. Without wishing to sound too smug, if you didnt appreciate the beauty around where I live or be aware of the changing light effects on the view you would miss out on a great deal from living in Sussex. It constantly makes me remember how lucky I am.
