Artist's description:

You are looking at the only color work I have ever offered for sale. I don't do color, I'm all about monochromatic works.

The rock fish is a Pacific Ocean resident, common along the Oregon coast. This one was in the Newport aquarium. Painted with watercolor, drawn with ink stippling. The fish itself is primarily stippling, done with a Rapidograph 6xO pen (smallest dot possible), accented with a little color pencil for the reflections. These fish are not colorful.

I really love this one, it hangs near my drawing table.
