Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

The river starts life as two separate rivers, the East and West Dart which join forces at Dartmeet high on Dartmoor, Devon. Flowing on through a shallow wooded valley, under the gaze of Sharp Tor, the river suddenly splits in two and forms this exquisite waterfall near Venford, before continuing its journey to the sea.
