Resveratrol (C14H12O3) is an antioxidant found in grapes and other fruit, potentially beneficial to health; 3-Isopropyl-2-methoxypyrazine (C8H12N2O) provides aroma and flavour, and Anthocyanidins are a class of plant pigment giving colour to red wine.
Painted in acrylic and enamel on canvas. Molecular structures are drawn on the back of the canvas.
