Painted on-site at Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis. Features a gorgeous cluster of Redbud trees in full bloom, with fresh spring green leaves and grasses sprouting. The lake is visible in the background behind the trees. An admirer is out walking and taking in the spring air. Painted with both palette knife and brush, the Redbud blossoms are enhanced by thickly textured paint, while the tree branches and background foliage were delicately painted with a brush.
Painted in oil over casein paint on canvas. The canvas is 1.5" deep, with painted sides. The painting is framed in a 3/4" wide gold "float style" frame. It may be purchased unframed by request. Provides a heart-warming burst of color and feeling of "Renewal" to any room in your living or workspace.
