Battersea Power Station from Pimlico. Sunset with reflections of River Thames, London.
When working as Resident Artist for Westminster Council I was based on Grosvenor Dock on the Embankment (now developed into flats) where there was a community of houseboats and a sentry box where I made my work and had a magnificent view of the power station on the opposite bank of the Thames. I have seen the building go through many changes and am delighted that Sir Giles Gilbert Scott's unique architecture will continue to enhance the London skyline.
Oil on deep canvas and image continues around the edges.
Ready to hang.
