This painting was created in response to looking at the grasses in spring as they emerged on the lake just after it rained. I painted it in the studio in oils in order to get the richness of colour, using mainly brushes.
The painting is signed on the front and back.
It is painted on gessoed wood panel. The painting can be bought framed in a handmade off white wooden box frame or unframed at a reduced price.
